Q. What times are check-in and check-out for our campers?
A. Check in time is 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Check out time is 1:30 p.m. on Friday for both adults and youths.
Q. How do you like the medications brought to camp?
A. All medications should be set up in med strips or med envelopes. One envelope for each med pass time. Write names of meds and dosage amount on envelopes.
Q. Can I bring the Camper Med Form with me when the camper checks in?
A. We prefer and ask that the Camper Med Form be brought with the medications to camp. Any medication changes that occur after the Physician signs the Med form must be updated and re-signed by the physician prior to attending camp.
Q. What is the typical amount of spending money a camper needs to bring?
A. The typical amount is anywhere from $5 to $50. However it depends on if you want the camper to be able to purchase souvenirs. Souvenirs such as t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts etc. are purchased on the day of arrival or departure only. There is a $10 Snack shop fee that covers any snacks during the week, and is to be paid at the time of check in.
Q. What is the Staff to Camper ratio?
A. The Staff to Camper ratio is 1 camp counselor to 2 campers for our Total Care week. All other weeks there is 1 camp counselor to 4 campers.
